Zayup ("Zayup," "we," "us," or "our") provides dedicated dispatch support for Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) providers. We collect information in three ways:

• Information you give us — name, business name, email, phone number, fleet size, broker relationships, and any details you share through our consultation form, email, phone calls, or SMS.
• Operational information — when you engage Zayup for dispatch services, we process trip assignments, routes, driver schedules, broker communications, and related operational data on your behalf.
• Automatic information — basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and referring URL collected via cookies and similar technologies, including Meta Pixel for advertising measurement.

2. How We Use Information

• To respond to consultation requests and provide quotes.
• To deliver, manage, and improve our dispatch services.
• To communicate with you about your account, trips, schedules, billing, and service updates.
• To measure marketing performance and reach similar operators who may benefit from our services.
• To comply with legal obligations and to protect the rights, safety, and property of Zayup, our clients, and the public.

3. Protected Health Information (PHI)

Where Zayup handles information that may constitute Protected Health Information under HIPAA on behalf of a covered entity or business associate, we do so subject to a written Business Associate Agreement (BAA) and only for the permitted purposes described in that agreement. We apply administrative, physical, and technical safeguards designed to protect PHI from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only:

• With brokers, facilities, drivers, and partners as needed to coordinate trips on your behalf.
• With service providers who help us operate our business (e.g., hosting, communications, CRM, email delivery, analytics) under confidentiality obligations.
• When required by law, regulation, or legal process, or to protect rights, safety, or property.
• In connection with a business transaction such as a merger, acquisition, or asset sale.

5. Cookies & Tracking

6. Data Retention
